Adult bikes with internal hubs from Shimano, such as the Nexus 8 or Alfine 8/11 need these to attach the FollowMe. These are not included with the original FollowMe kit. Hubs from SRAM, NuVinci or Rohloff and electic assist units from Bionx use the M10 adaptor.
