Shipping & Returns
Web orders are usually shipped the same day if received before 1pm. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Bicycle orders (including Brompton and Tern folding bikes) may take an additional 2-5 days to ship. If you have a specific date that your order must arrive by, please contact us before placing your order. Orders are shipped from our store in Portland, Oregon.
We ship via UPS and USPS to get your order to you in the least amount of time possible. UPS will not deliver to a P.O box, so shipments to these addresses will be sent via USPS. Smaller items via USPS Priority. Larger items and Brompton folding bikes via UPS. Brompton bikes require a signature for delivery; please choose a shipping location that will allow this. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Some items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or shipping methods may be limited. We will contact you before shipping your order if we are aware of any issues. We do not ship internationally. That includes Canada, eh. Sorry!
Fully Assembled Bike Shipping Estimates
All full-size bikes and cargo bikes are shipped fully assembled on a pallet inside a custom box via LTL freight. You will be responsible for unpacking and disposing of the packing material. Bike shipments can be estimated using the five zones shown above. Particulars such as commercial/residential delivery, remote locations, or other variables may raise or lower costs. We will provide a binding quote at time of order. Any additional costs for services or changes to delivery once shipped will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Purchases (excluding sale items, special orders, and bicycles shipped via freight) are returnable within 15 days from date of receipt for exchange or refund. Items need to be in new condition. Returns must include original packaging and receipt, unless defective. To recover the finance charges we incur, a fee of 2.5% may apply on all refunded credit card payments. We may charge labor to remove any accessories or reverse modifications made to returned bikes. All special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold an in stock product for a maximum of 30 days.
Sale items are returnable for store credit or exchange only. Sales of special order items, and of all bicycles that we ship via freight are final, unless defective.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
